This was the extremely friendly waiter we encountered at the restaurant we went to in Nadi during our layover there.  He gave us a hearty greeting "Bula" (hello) as soon as we walked through the door, took about 30 minutes to show us their selection of souvenirs, and then showed us to a table that overlooked the ocean and served us some octopus, squid, and other interesting Fijian dishes.  It was a really nice surprise to end our Fiji experience.
